We currently boast twelve twin pallet loading machining centres with up to 16,000rpm spindle speeds, with high pressure coolant and tool monitoring to complement the high production machining centre activity at Lazgill. Single spindle larger capacity machining centres offer 4th and 5th axis machining as well as conventional 3-axis and electronic probing. Many machining centres make use of our own designed and manufactured workholding fixtures for machine efficiency incorporating poke-yoke or twin vice holding system, a fast operating double holding vice arrangement for efficient manual loading and unloading, 4th axis trunions and bespoke fixturing.
2, 3, 6 and 8-axis CNC turning centres ensure that our customers’ products are designed into the manufacturing process.
