The Twice Vice

Manufactured using the highest grade materials, the Twice Vice is designed for quick, easy, efficient loading and unloading of component parts in a production environment.

A single movement to release the clamping jaws, returning to 0.002mm repeatability allows operation of this clamping system to be used either horizontally or vertically.

Changing of jaws takes no more than a couple of minutes, with a range of jaws to choose from depending upon the seat depth of component. Jaws come in standard sizes of 40, 50 or 60mm depths.

Nickel plating of the integral parts of the vice ensure longevity and accuracy, whilst the aluminium body (BS 7075 grade aircraft specification) is designed to keep weight to a minimum, whilst maintaining rigidity and stability.
